This plate in sand-colored clay is defined by its clear, balanced form and slightly raised rim. The black glaze is developed to create a remarkable depth and liveliness on the surface. Subtle bluish nuances appear in places, adding additional tension to the glaze. The unglazed, light rim provides a calm contrast to the dark surface.
